Our facilities can become very busy especially between September and April. To make the booking process as fair as possible we send out booking forms for September all on the same day usually in May. These forms go out to clubs that have booked with us in the previous year and to anyone who expresses and interest in using the facilities from September. This then gives plenty of time for the forms to be returned and for us to program the facilities for September onwards. As demand can be high we do this on a first come first served basis however we do take into account certain factors such as a clubs history of booking with us and the promptness of invoice payment.
Bookings are not considered to be confirmed by us until you receive a confirmation letter from us detailing the facility booked, times of use and price.
The facilities can still be booked at any time during the year should there be space available.
